FRACTIONAL CTO LEADERSHIP

Restoring IT as a strategic partner.

A CIO transition put continuity and major technology investments at risk. Stalled initiatives, vendor costs and team structure needed to be realigned with the organization’s priorities.

Renovo House partner James Partsch stepped in as fractional CTO, rebuilt business alignment, restructured the IT team and renegotiated vendor agreements. The engagement restored direction to strategic technology initiatives and supported the transition to a new Director of IT.

  • Fractional CTO leadership
  • IT team restructuring
  • Vendor renegotiation

Delivered: renewed business alignment, recovery of a major EHR investment and leadership transition support.

PRECISION MANUFACTURING

Getting the requirements right. Before production.

Calibration requirements were captured in sales-order notes but did not reach the manufacturing orders used by production. The gap surfaced at shipping, triggering rework, remakes and delays.

The engagement mapped the sales-to-production handoff, identified the root cause and designed structured requirement capture and manufacturing routing using existing ERP capabilities.

Delivered: a process map, defined sales-order calibration categories and a phased roadmap for routing, product configuration and upstream calibration.
